2) Wait for 11 hours before making a move
3) let the media have a frenzy and show a hostage taker's loved one being beaten in live TV
4) Not create a media blackout and let the strong media lights glare and impair the vision of policemen
5) Send 100 futile police officers and swarm at the very side of the bus without knowing if there's a bomb or not send tanks or other elevated vehicles to get a clearer view of the inside of the bus
6) Send another hundred of individuals called "SWAT" who are not special has no weapon and no tactics and practiced for some 10 hrs in a simulated situation on another area on the very same day of hostage...and yes showed no clues of that practice in the actual scenario
7) Enter the emergency exit at the side of a hostaged bus at a very SLOW, PREDICTABLE pace as if there's no hostage taker inside... and yes..no night vision on a poorly visible situation... and oh...no protective vest
